Like to Lose Some Weight?
I have purchased a new domain name and will be filling it with content about the ideal healthy diet that will help you lose weight -- if you want to -- and how to save money at the same time.
It amazes me that so many people fail at dieting and can't figure out why. I think I know. I'll be discussing this and other unique insights I've gained over fifty years of studying how to avoid getting pudgy and old-looking like so many of my friends have. I still wear the same size pants I wore in high school, so I must be doing something right. (And please don't assume that I am just genetically skinny. It has taken a lot of exercise and weightlifting to stay thin, but it's worth it.)
